Really easy process to select and buy, with helpful and knowledgeable staff.

I would HIGHLY recommend S&S for their fantastic customer service and the shipping company were wonderful. We had 5 star treatment from initial phone call to S&S, right through to within 20 minutes of the bed base arriving. You really cannot get a better service.

When I phoned this company to ask about their Futon beds the person I spoke to was so clear and patient in explaining the different models. He helped me make the decision relevant to what we needed and didn’t just push the most expensive! Delivery was fast and straightforward and we are very pleased with our choice. I would most certainly recommend this company.

Because of shipping being only on certain days this could have been tricky, however very good communication from Sit and Sleep to arrange it and then from delivery company to update me .

I almost never leave product reviews, but this futon mattress is FANTASTIC. It’s much lighter than the old futon of my university years, but still extremely comfortable and firmly supports two people. We are using this futon in our camper van and we love it! The lime green mattress fabric was so retro-cool we bought the additional mattress cover in the same color as the cover of the mattress itself is not removable or washable. So happy with this futon!!
