I can't recommend buying from SitandSleep highly enough.

When we originally received our sofa bed, it had a couple of manufacturing defects. SitandSleep were incredibly helpful in getting this resolved. The response was very fast and helpful, and Andrew guided us through the returns process with incredible care.

We very quickly got to the point where the defective items were replaced and are now very happy with our purchase.

Would definitely recommend them and use them again.

This is the third product I have ordered from the company and the mattress is superb. I use it for seating in my front room and it is perfect. The delivery man originally brought in the wrong product but Andrew in the sales office was great and sorted it all out in a short time. Great product and great service.

Excellent product. We were kept informed every step of the way. Futon was very well packaged and the delivery person was prompt and very helpful. The assembly instructions were clear.

Only small thing is, when you order a removal cover, you don't get the" button look" this is gone and it is a smooth cover ,it obviously doesn't look like the one on the webpage, perhaps a picture of what a removal cover would look like would be useful.

I bought the Traditional Compact Double futon as I’m an artist with limited work space. The futon is super easy to change between bed and sofa, even on carpet ! I got the upgraded mattress and it makes for a good, firm but supported and comfortable sleep that I’m more than happy with !

Needed a futon at short notice. I spoke with them on the phone and next day a futon was delivered! Can't ask for more than that. Sturdy construction, comfy bed.

Nice futon. Very comfy mattress. The fixing bolts were cunningly hidden beneath a slat on the frame, so I first thought they had been omitted from the order, but I eventually found them, assembled the futon and ended up having to sleep on it the next night! Turned out that the wool mattress is very comfortable, and just as comfortable as my much more expensive one on the main bed! Took a while for the order to reach me but worth the wait.

Excellent customer service. Had a minor problem due to me supplying incorrect e mail address. Contacted by phone, which was answered straight away . Person answering the phone resolved the problem for me. Delivered on time with good communication from delivery company.

Everything received as expected.

My sofa bed arrived on the planned day. The delivery company was brilliant. I was able to put the bed together easily. Just needed to insert 4 bolts and tighten. The sofa looks good and my guests said it was comfortable to sleep on. Most importantly I can operate it alone! I’m very pleased.

This is a fantastic product, so impressed with the quality of it and the staff are friendly and helpful, now looking to get rid of my sofa bed in my office and to replace it with another one from sit and sleep.

I had one futon previously to compare to. While this is reasonable, it still lacks some compression resilience.
It could be slightly thicker.

Shipping went smoothly and I was kept informer thoughout by text and email. On reflection as an older disabled man living in a first floor flat I should have paid the extra and had it carried to the first floor. This should not be a problem when there are two of you or no stairs.

Great every step of the way. A really good looking comfortable well made futon. Would buy another if I had somewhere to put it.
