Asked for an additional item some weeks after receiving our sofa. Was given the same great service and had my items delivered quickly and easily.
Your customer service is first class, and that is very unusual these days.

Everything was fine until I tried to ring them and then the constant response that they are busy. I can accept that once or twice but over two days it just becomes an excuse for not interested
The sofa bed is really solid and the material & shades are brilliant. The only problem was putting it together. Getting the allen key to fit and tighten is torture unless you have very small hands.
I am also still waiting for the guarantee which I expected to be with the delivery note or by email

Sorry to hear that you had difficulty in reaching us - we are a small company (no big team of telephone operators) and we answer most calls in our business hours but at times when we are on calls to other customers or are in the warehouse etc we do have an answer machine and, if a message has been left, we call the person back as soon as we can ...as I did for you. I can assure you it is not that we aren't interested. Our guarantees are at least 1 year (depending on product) and can be referenced from our Terms & Conditions page - please retain your order confirmation e-mail.

This is the second futon we've bought and we're very happy with both. They work really well in the spare room, giving us more space, yet still providing seating and a bed for visitors when required. We have the other in our van, which now allows us to sit in the back for a relaxing brew, or sleep overnight occasionally when the fancy takes us - brilliant!

Service was great overall. The gent who served us in the showroom was a great help! We picked up the sofabed so I can't rate on delivery but the waiting time for the bed to be made was short so I've given a 5 for that.
I told the gent in the showroom I would be sleeping on it a lot and he recommended which type of foam to go for. T.

The customer service was old school. Polite, patient, considerate, and friendly. They produced something a little bit bespoke, and did everything they said they would, and delivered well within the initial guesstimate.
Having researched sofa beds extensively for several months, it became apparent we wanted something that would last, function well, and not cost silly money.

Your review made me smile because, yes, I think we like to think of ourselves as 'old school' - we really do try to give our customers the service that we hope to receive ourselves when shopping for products or services. The bed is great and very well made, all as expected.
Although it hasn't been unpacked and assembled yet, I'm assuming it will be grand.
Delivery, however, was a pain.
Information was unclear, contradictory, required several mostly unhelpful (though they did try after awhile) phone calls when the date we agreed was suddenly cancelled by the delivery firm -- which meant I had to change my plans as well.

Regarding delivery, you are referring to one of our delivery partners who, from our experience, are always helpful on the telephone so we are sorry if they fell short when speaking with you. Individual circumstances mean they can't always resolve an issue immediately but we are sure they will have been apologetic and resolved the matter as soon as was possible. None of our delivery partners change the agreed arrangements unless it is unavoidable. In the case of your delivery, the delivery vehicle had been delayed earlier in the day and the driver could not continue to your address as planned as he would have exceeded his legal driving hours. The delivery crew stayed in a hotel overnight so the delivery run could be completed in the morning. We are sorry that this caused you some disruption but hope that you understand that legal driving hours are in place to keep everyone on the road safe.

The futons were described to me by the customer service agent, so that I could compare the options and make the correct choice. I was notified of the exact time and date for delivery, the futon arrived on time and well packed, was assembled easily, is very sturdy and can be moved from one position to another with little effort. All in all, we are very pleased with our new requisition..

Bought for stays by son who previously shied away from visits as traditional sprung sofabed was too uncomfortable and unstable. Replaced with classic futon standard double from Sit and Sleep, with PolyLux mattress (which is slightly thicker with a layer of foam inside) and couldn't be happier. "Very comfy" was the genuine reply when asked how the sleep was last night. Wood base was easy to put together and easy to open out/put away. Burgundy mattress excellent materials. 5 Star rating, v happy!!

Excellent customer service. Eta delivery was 12 weeks but we got it made and shipped within 6 weeks. the only company that stocks it in the country to our knowledge, so well done! Only disappointment was the delivery men ( not the actual company itself ) whom were not the most considerate, helpful or professional in their handling of such a delicate and expensive item.

The purchase and delivery experience was very efficient despite some of the negative comments I have read. The sofa bed was delivered in flat pack by our door step. One big piece did need 2 people to carry upstairs. The assembly was not too painful. Putting the cover onto the cushions was the trickiest bit. The mattress is very firm and I’m using a mattress topper. I did have to air it out for a couple of days as I have asked for it to be scotchgard protected and the smell was initially strong.

Customer service was impressive: prompt email replies, flexibility in choice of the colour.
The delivery worked well, though tracking during its time-slot was inaccurate.
But all's well that ends well!
