During the current times (COVID) with all the restrictions and complications, i needed a new mattress for my sofabed,i wasnt even entirely sure what i needed or how long it would take, these guys were fantastic! i emailed on the friday, and through the weekend, Robert helped me with what i needed with all the options, even contacted me on Sunday to finalise the payment. Mine was in stock so i had it delivered by the Wednesday. Highly recommend if you want a great service and good quality.

I would recommend futons to people who suffer from bad back or want to sleep on natural fibers like the one I purchased, wool and wool felt...I am planning to purchase more when I will set up a home.

Excellent customer services and a very comfy sofa!!

Exceptional customer service, Andrew couldn't have been more helpful. I had numerous queries which he answered with patience and understanding. Delivery was on the date agreed and the futon was delivered to the back of my house (rather reluctantly) I had phoned previously to request this due to the current extreme circumstances. It didn't make my life easier because it meant taking it up three flights of stairs as opposed to two! but it did mean that I could unpack it at my leisure and safely.

I'd been looking for a space saving sofa bed for a while. A futon wasn't in the running until I came across this site. Is read so many reviews about how awful some fotons could be... Poor build, poor quality materials etc. I narrowed it down to a few options with sit and sleep and another company (selling sofa beds).

I saw this sofa bed in the shop- the customer service was very helpful and friendly, the product arrived in time and I am thoroughly enjoying it- it is of good quality and very comfottable and easy to assemble.

This was the third time I have purchased from SitandSleep, the products are excellent, as is the service at purchase and following up. You are kept advised of the progress of your order and have flexible delivery options. I've now run out of rooms to furnish but would recommend to anyone.

Ordered this sofa bed a few days before Christmas hoping to have in time for Christmas. Fantastic customer service. SitandSleep went out of their way to ensure I had the sofa bed I wanted delivered in time for our guests staying at Christmas...and they delivered on this promise. Communication was excellent and delivery spot on. First class, personal service - would highly recommend this company. The sofa bed is great too-easy to assemble; comfortable sofa; & very comfortable bed. Brilliant!

The classic futon was ordered in desperation to make sure that we had somewhere for our daughter to sleep and it fulfilled the requirements beautifully. Comfortable, easy to put together and most importantly fitted a double bed in the limited space we had. Highly recommend - ordering and delivery were very simple thank you sit and sleep.

Beautiful chair and comfortable pull out bed. A bit of work to put together, but it's a fabulous addition to my small apartment.

Given that the sofa is made to order it was quite quick to arrive. It was easy enough to get into our upstairs flat the way it was flatpacked - nothing too heavy or bulky.
Putting the sofa together, however, was a bit of a nightmare and took much longer than the 30 minutes they claimed it would take - the instructions were very short, unclear with dark pictures on which it was hard to see what one was supposed to do.
I can't really comment on the customer service as I have not spoken to them.

Andrew at Sit and Sleep was brilliant. He spent time with us in the showroom working out what was the best sofa bed for our requirements. He provided great communication and responded swiftly to any enquires we had. The product is amazing. Looks great but more importantly is a firm and sturdy bed
when needed. The 160 did take a while to assemble and is a big sofa bed so a little heavy when setting it up as a bed but I’m sure we’ll get the knack of it. The delivery guy was friendly and helpful.

Happy with our purchase - reasonably priced, comfortable futon sofa/bed. Helpful service in the showroom and delivery arranged efficiently. Nice to buy from people who make the product, and who can therefore offer you correct information and a bit of flexibility. Having trawled around the high street furnishers for a sofa on previous occasions, I would recommend giving a go with this local company.

Absolutely love this double futon. Looks amazing as a sofa and a bed, both designs very comfortable. Easy to put together with clear instructions. I couldn’t fault the customer service and the delivery arranged by I T Distribution was excellent. I was kept up to date from ordering the futon to the day of delivery. Without a doubt the best service I have ever received from buying a product on line.
