Delivery was very quick and your staff were very helpful when I ordered one incorrect item.
My main criticism would be that it is impossible to check that I have been sent the correct parts.
The delivery note lists the items by Landrover part number were as, many of the parts themselves are marked with the OEM part number. I had to email you to confirm that four parts were what I had ordered because I had no way of checking. I now have a bag of 24 core plugs none with a matching part numbe.

Our UK shipping is with DPD overnight courier which is at reasonable cost.
In the past having used Royal Mail 1st class postage for the smaller items, although cheaper a lot of items were either not delivered next day or went misssing entirely resulting in very unhappy customers and having to send items again with potentially the same result. It was therefore decided to use a fully traceable carrier only.
Although DPD carrier is a bit more expensive at least our customers have full traceability and generally reliablle delivery of items ordered.
