Hi ordered this new stud.product fine but 8.00 delivery for one item which could have been posted was a bit steep.

The delivery cost is for up to 5kg therefore the cost of small items delivered by courier will sometimes be disproportionate to the value of the order. Conversely some quite high value/substantial parts can be shipped within the framework of the £8 charge.
Whilst Royal Mail may be cheaper for small orders they have proved to be sufficiently unreliable with customers not receiving their parcels or late delivery, that we have dropped this option.
A lot of small items are vital for the operation of an engine and failure of delivery on time can result in essential repairs being delayed and a vehicle remaining off the road for longer than necessary.

Great service and product. Very quick delivery. Just one point to note, it doesn’t say on the site that the prices don’t include vat. I’d make that more clear.

Top quality products from a company you can trust. Very quick delivery. Ordered just before 3pm and delivered before 10 am the following day. Not the cheapest but you get what you pay for. I wouldn’t trust anyone else.

DHL Shipping time reasonable but sent parcels from London to Amsterdam then back to London to fly out to southern africa.
Goods packed well and arrived undamaged. Look good quality but not yet fitted or tested.Reasonably priced.
