Plumb2U 's website offered next day delivery of a particular type of shower. Without that, I would not have used them. When it arrived it was a different type altogether and no good for my purpose. When I asked for the correct one instead the following morning, they told me they were out of stock. A packing mistake is not great, nor do I know why they were offering next day delivery on a product they appear not to have had in stock. I would not use this company again.

Easy to order and fast shipping. I only gave 4 stars for customer service because there was no communication from the seller. The only notification that I had bought the item was from PayPal and I was given no information about when it had been dispatched. Despite this, I would recommend.

Good product, but the payment was verry difficult with my Master card it cost me 3 euro extra to make the payment via Amazon pay.

This score might be a little unfair. Plumb2u have now sent me THREE of these softeners as each one was broken in transit. The fault clearly lies with the packaging and/or the courier (ParcelForce), not Plumb2U. Their service has been superb, all calls dealt with immediately. Replacement units were delivered next day in each case. Tapworks themselves have also been very helpful, offering to ship one direct from their warehouse. Now waiting to see if it is undamaged.

Great service, Great prices ordered Bristan Bliss 3 shower. Unfortunately product was not in stock, but received email offering immediate refund or I could wait a couple of days for product.(Great customer service )

Seems fine thanks - Salamander have a problem with their registration - but hardly your problem etc.
This is to replace a rather old CT55 which is maybe playing up on the flow sensor. Excellent product and price so far.
