Also a great price for our chosen bathroom cabinet.

They’re patience with me not knowing what model I had started at the end of last year. They have been very responsive, helpful and well mannered to the point I said to a colleague if only I could but everything from Plumb2u! BTW I did visit them in Epsom and the same holds for the in person experience.

No information on delivery date!
But eventually got my item.

Item arrived beaten up and opened. Clearly very poorly packaged and had come open in transit. Appliance was exposed to elements and knocked around.

I ordered Saniflow Sanlplus Up Macerator Pump 6006 and received it next day excellent service.
However, I have not yet had the pump fitted and cannot comment on it at this moment.

Ordered from Plumb2u a few times now and i cannot fault their service, the last time i ordered a Gledhill unvented cylinder i was informed of the date of delivery, this time i was only told it was dispatched and it turned up out of the blue, luckily someone was home, probably down to the courier.

Just what I wanted.

Good service , start to finish.

I placed an order on the 12th Sept and now almost two weeks later have not received it.
I have called several times just to get an answerphone, left message but no one called back.
Sent an e mail to them but ne reply.
I know deliveries can go wrong but at least have someone to speak to or reply to messages and E mails.
Others may have had good service, but not this time. If you are a tradesman and need materials quickly your better off not using this company.
