Please stick to what you do very well and forget the gimmicks/ cons. You don’t need them!

Quicker than expected delivery.

I ordered this item from two of the major distributors and was let down by both BUT I ordered from Plumb2U and I had the item 20hrs later great company and great customer service.

Paid for next day delivery and called day before as I needed it for a job booked in for my clien to confirm the delivery . On the day of delivery plum2u said it would be delivered,, no refund for paying next day delivery and had to pay £90 for a same day courier service. No sincre apology.

Came really fast. The next day and I did not pay for next day. GReat.

Very polite, but I telephoned prior to placing my order to check that everything was in stock and paid £20 for next day delivery. 3 weeks later and still no boiler.
