Was very pleased with the quick service and exactly what I ordered.

Needed a good quality tap urgently. Plumber advised to go for Bristan even if it might cost a pretty penny. Informative web site to make right selection and very competitive priced, that did not break the bank. Ordering and delivery was straight forward and was kept fully informed at each stage. Arrived in good condition. Very pleased with contents. Ordered on Wednesday, fixed by Friday.

I found this company through google search, they had the lowest priced item i was looking for for a hundred pounds less than anywhere else with very good reviews, so i placed the order and paid the extra for delivery (just to be sure i had the unit quickly),.

Although the order was just over £50, qualifying for free postage, unfortunately some was out of stock. My order was sent as soon as possible, in two packages, still free of charge. Many thanks.

No confirmation e-mail of order or delivery. Only information came from Amazon Pay. No telephone contact possible and e-mail not answered until the day after item was to be delivered as next day service had been paid for. Problems with courier company and tracking system, no information available as to when item collected, came 2 days late. Refund for extra shipping cost paid after second request, initially stated that this was not guaranteed but no mention of this when taking extra payment.
