On rare occasions when an item is out of stock in the warehouse, we contact our customers on the same day to notify them, so we are sorry to hear that this was not received?

Used this company a few times now and always great items, great prices and good customer service. The item I ordered this time came in pretty poor condition but I can only put that down to the courier.

I would recommend Plumb2u as they are a great company. Shame the same can't be said for the courier.

We called in advance to confirm the item was available for next day delivery then proceeded with the order online. From then we received emails updates including about shipping and delivery. The delivery was arranged via DPD and I was given a very convenient 1-hour window estimated delivery time, which was kept.
Competitive price and excellent delivery process. The item was as described.
Very good first experience with this company. Planning on using it again.
