Substandard service bought a ideal vogue max 40
Arrived with parts missing and booklet packs with a manufactured date of nearly 5 years
Paida deposit of £250 pound for a engineer to fit on a specific date but the boiler was unsuitable to be fitted due to parts missing etc
I ran plumb2u on numerous occasions to get this collected the first two attempts sent couriers that wouldn't take it due to size and weight that was.

Great price speedy delivery . Only downside was on arrival found the chrome faceplate of the fan slightly dented . We had to accept this as we did not have time to wait for replacement. Just wonder if this was why it was cheaper than others online. Maybe a belated goodwill gesture would be afforded by plumb2u ??? Seeing as we had to use the fan as is .

Like for like swop for broken shower, i'm not a regular DIY expert so this was at the top end of a challenge for me, but having checked the dimensions prior to ordering it was a relatively easy swap.

Delivery was fast and the price was the cheapest out there with some offers £50 - £100 more for this £90 shower unit.

I have used Plumb2U a couple of times. I am happy with merchandise quality, the choice of items and the ease of navigating their web site. However, this particular order was part shipped and I had to chase the items not delivered via e-mail several times, their phone service diverts to voice mail. The items arrived eventually, 13 days after order. So hopefully a one off, e-mail service was responded promptly and will use them again.

Probably one of the worst companies I've come across.
Placed order as web site stated parts were in stock.
On paying for the parts found that the parts weren't in stock.I stated faithful and said I would continue with order.
I received half the order a week ago but without the other part it's useless.
Friday I was told the part would be delivered it is now Thursday following week and still no part.
Should of used local plumbers merchant,ay ho.
