Excellent product, keen price and very quick delivery - my plants say "Thank You ! ".

Have bought other makes of leaky pipe but in my opinion this is the only one that works weill and last the longest I have just removed replaced15 year old pipe from my raised bed veg garden.

Staff are always happy to advise on products and the speedy postage is always exemplary.

Quick shipping, seems to do the job. More precision on the tech would be helpful. (e.g what is 'low pressure' and how so flow rate and pressure relate?).

Shipping via TNT is a disaster, the customer service centre states a signature is required or the parcel would be returned to the depot, as such we wait around all day as TNT can't track like the rest and provide a smaller window like the rest can. But the drivers state they have can decide to leave without a signature if they choose to based on a delivery point being "rural".

As predicted TNT failed to deliver on the allocated day due to "traffic"!

All seems really good now I’ve got the hang of things...everything arrived quickly. Would advise you have help, unravelling 100 meters of pipe I got in a right tangle, so much easier with 2 people. The only thing that might be improved is that even with heating the poly pipe in hot water, the plastic joining components are quite hard work to fit properly..
