This is our third order of leaky pipe and I can honestly say that the help and courtesy of the owner is second to none. Our third order was done via the website and I had a confirmation immediately followed by notifications of delivery which was within a couple of days. The merchandise is excellent, very flexible and does not clog with earth. Personally use pegs to hold it down and bend it slightly rather than using the joiners. I only use these as offshoots from main pipe when creating new beds.
