I was looking for a neat solution to box in some pipes in my bathroom and came across the Versa 8mm moulded ply trunking from Encasement.

Lovely product, well made and super-fast delivery, if a bit on the pricey side.

My only criticism is the rather scrappy nature of the suppled battening timber. Rough sawn and not overly straight. For the money paid, this should have been good quality planed timber.

Same quality as usual no need to worry about matching up to existing same colour and quality each tome.

The outer packaging was damaged and the delivery driver explained they had xrayed the package and it appeared undamaged which turned out to be correct and I was impressed with the efficient service by the delivery company. The items I ordered arrived quickly in good condition and are now fitted covering some very unsightly old central heating pipework.I am very pleased with the finished job and the goods supplied.

P&P is very expensive, it basically doubled the cost of a single length of boxing. So I feel a little aggrieved that one corner of the single length of Riva D was crushed. Perhaps it was so before it was sent but either way it's poor. As I only needed a short length of the product it was pointless to send it back.

That said the product itself looks great and it's shaping helps it to blend with the light to become inconspicuous. Treat the coating carefully for a great finish.

Excellent service, prompt delivery and a great product, we used this in a vets surgery and it looks like a hospital finish.

Very poor quality in regard the the finish of the product and that the board was badly cupped. Had to attach skirting to the trunking to get the cupping out. Probably will need to paint the item to get an acceptable finish. However when this work is done it will look very good and my customer will be very happy with the results.

I found product online for my elderly neighbour, as a kind gesture. Unfortunely, I had problems with the website order process, and had to order a second product. Resulting on myself being out of pocket for the first product, to return the 295 high product would be too expensive and still leave me out of pocket of the postage, especially when I not working.

Ordered about 2 pm on 4 April, the casing was delivered at about 5 pm on 5 April. Excellent turnaround. The item was well packed. The casing will allow me to give a neat and tidy finish to a bathroom refurbishment.
