Package was damaged by the couriers. Contacted customer service and they responded within minutes offering a replacement.

My order arrived but unfortunately was cracked at both ends.I phoned the company and was answered by a very polite man I suggested that the product needed bubble wrap around the radius part to prevent damage.The replacement arrived within two days covered in bubble wrap and undamaged I am very impressed with the way encasement ltd treat their customers and I would certainly shop with them again.
