I am very pleased to give these five star ratings for this company. I cannot fault their customer service which was excellent. There was never any hassle about returning items which did not fit and Mark worked with me to get to the final satisfactory item for my boiler.

I was expecting the illustrated wooden fixing batterns to be included. Also there was a slight depression in the laminate surface from the moulding / casting process which was disappointing. But luckily this will be out of sight in the main once fixed in place.

Please cancel this order. The boxing is the wrong size and you do not stock the correct size for our needs. Please let me know if you need details for the refund. Thank you.

The shipping of product was extremely quick although the corners of box had slight damage. I was extremely disappointed that there was no seal for bottom of casing included in the consignment as shown on product video on Encasement website. I will be phoning the company on their return from Christmas break to establish why this was not included in shipment.

The product was delivered within a couple of days. There was no hiccups, everything went according to plan even down to the delivery driver contacting me prior to delivery as the delivery address is not fully manned and he left the package exactly as I requested..

First time I have used this company. and I have to say everything was excellent, from the ordering, and the communication, to the final delivery, everything was excellent.

Quick easy ordering. Product as stated.

The finish on this product is good but, the quality is disappointing. The one strip that I ordered was warped at both ends.
The delivery time was very good, as was the packaging.
However, I'm not satisfied with the overall quality.
I will now attempt to find a similar but, better quality product.

Shipping was rather expensive, although seems to be normal for building supplies. Arrived an awful lot quicker than I was expecting though, which is great.

Fast and easy. Good products.
