An excellent product which has made the job of tidying up the boiler pipework so much easier and the finish look great. My only reservation was the product was a little expensive, especially when the delivery charge was included, but worth the cost for a good outcome.

Reliable came within a couple of days. Well packaged and goods as described.

Delivery occurred when expected. Despite holes knocked in the outer cardboard packing the items were well packed and undamaged. I’ve used encasement before and the quality of materials as always were of a high standard. I didn’t need to contact customer service this time, however a previous problem was quickly resolved which gives me the confidence to continue using encasement for future projects. Many thanks.

Nice product although there was some very minor (5mm square) damage at one end. Probably caused during shipping even though the packing was excellent. Not a problem for me though because I didn't need the whole length. Fitted it today. Wife is very pleased with the end result. Thank you.:).

Placed the order then had to amend the following day. The customer service lady was very helpful, the amendments were made and all dispatched together.
The delivery costs seem high, especially if you are not ordering much, but I guess that is down to the courier.

Items delivered next day. Really good quality of all products ordered. Everything was packed properly and handled with care. Finally I do not see them horrible pipes. I will definately install them cases in two other bedrooms.

The price of shipping was quite expensive and was actually half the cost of what I purchased which is the reason it gets a star less. Otherwise, the items arrived quickly and it wasn't TNT, which is a plus in my book.
