Excellent product, excellent customer service. Sadly 3 of the bags were damaged, I suspect in transit, one so badly that it has lost a number of pellets and was taped up with brown tape on arrival.

The lorry sent out was soo big it couldnt get uo my drive, but could only reverse into the gate area. But they dropped the oallet just inside the field gate. I had the delight of moving 60 x 16 kg bags up to my hay barn! Hard work, but did it. Smaller lorry next time please carriers.

Pallet the bedding was loaded on was only a single pallet and did not support the weight well. the pallet broke, and we had to manually unload half of the bedding before the fork lift truck could get underneath to lift it off the truck.

Lovely product . Delivery was due yesterday pm. Took the afternoon off work and received a call to say won't be with me until tomorrow am. Unfortunately I was working this am. I asked to call me at least 1 hour prior to delivery but they rang me when they were with was annoying. Luckily I went to get my horse in at lunch much time and was there just as the driver was leaving so he moved the pallet for me

Really happy with Aquamax. I'm definitely converted. Customer service was great when I contacted them though the delivery was a bit slow with no communication from the courier until I chased Aquamax themselves.

Everything was great except the company delivering the bedding who turned up without calling first to check I would be there despite this being pre arranged.

Delivery got delayed by courier as they had a new driver when it was supposed to be delivered and he was slower than expected. They did bring it out on a Saturday though so pleased about that. Good comms from seller.

Top level product and customer service. Ordered on the Monday and delivery was organised for the Thursday to suit me. Brilliant. It is tricky for the delivery oeople to unload the pallett if it is not at the right end of the lorry as the fork lift is a hand pump type and the turning circle on the lorry was not big enough to manoeuver the oaklet round - so we inloaded by hand. Not a problem!!

Delivery was unsatisfactory as not delivered on the day or time promised by the transporting company. The driver had difficulty finding the delivery point location, despite specific detailed instructions given to the company office. Apparently, the driver attempted to contact me via my land line and not my mobile telephone number, as requested and as a result my order was delivered a day later than scheduled. Two of the bags were badly damaged causing spillage and some wastage.

We always supply the delivery company with all the information the customer requests.
As with all our reviews Jane gave us 5/5 for Aquamax and Customer Service. Whenever we have not received a 5/5 rating it is always because of the delivery,. We too find it very frustrating when this happens.

Requested a 7.5 tonne but sent an 18 tonne. Driver was really helpful and we did manage to unload.

Great product but please sort your deliveries out - pallets always always come on a vehicle far too large to access property, despite me requesting a 7.5t truck only. Leaving me to deal with an angry and frustrated driver AGAIN!!!

Bedding is fantastic, however have still not received my order due to the shipping/transport company used. Informed them days to deliver, phone numbers, and not to use anything over 7.5 tonnes. They tried to deliver once without informing me, in a 18 tonne wagon!! Said would come today at 3.00 no one has arrived and just rang them oh no cannot come today. Still waiting for delivery. Disapointed.

Five Star product and Five Star service..
One very smug pony owner at this time of year, others on our yard using straw are making 2 trips a day to the muck heap, we only make 2 a week! Also no nasty smelling stable rugs and no lingering smells on human clothing, love it, can't wait to use the new crumble.
Great customer service from Paul, even though we reordered on-line. Big thumbs up to the delivery company as well.
Try it, you won't be disappointed, we weren't .

Hi. Love the product and delivery was swift. However, the pallet that the bags were loaded on to had quite a few protruding nails and was quite battered. As a result, all the bags on the bottom layer were torn and I now have about half a bag of pellets on my gravel.

Easy to muck out. My messy horse doesn't plough it all up , so a good firm base gets established and I just whip out the pooh lying on the top and a bit of wet and job done so quickly. No wasted bedding gets thrown out. And - its not dusty. A great product.

Outstanding product, so easy to use and mucking out no longer a chore. Does what it says on the tin and I shall now be using nothing else. I have no hesitation in recommending Aquamax to anyone wishing to purchase a high quality user-friendly product.

Less hassle getting the pallet off the lorry this time - common problem is the pallet is put on lorry wrong way round for the driver to get the pallet truck forks under it resulting in a lot of shunting of other goods on lorry and manual taking off bags of pellets to make it possible to move the pallet.

Ordered Wednesday delivered Friday, hauler rang to confirm delivery on Thursday driver rang to tell me of exact time of arrival.
Product excellent quality
Aquamax very helpful with tips for setting up bedding.
