In general an excellent product with excellent customer service. Always delivered on time and works well for our horses. Excellent at keeping legs dry and helping to prevent mud fever.

We have tried a few other brands in the past but have always returned to Aquamax as the others haven’t been anywhere near as good. Great absorbency with no dust which is excellent for our horses. We have also found that we use less aquamax than other brands, so buying cheaper per bag has proved to be false economy.

Amazing product, excellent communication from both Paul at Aquamax and the delivery company (Dobbs Logistics in Hastings). One bag was slightly ripped so lost a few pellets but other than that no problems. Very helpful delivery company and driver, called when they said they would and turned up when they said so, will definitely use again!

I really like this product. It is hygienic and cost effective. Ordering was simple and delivery was relatively quick. Time will tell if it easy to muck out!

Couldn’t fault the customer service at all. Paul was great and so helpful. My handle didn’t arrive the same time as the fork due to a parcel force error but it came the next day!
