Having broken my old (cheap) rod, I found this a very attractive rod, and Troutcatchers had it at the best price I could find. Knowing their great service ethis, I ordered it on a Thursday evening, standard delivery, and it arrived by lunchtime Monday - very impressive!

Item was sent UPS next day delivery.
I waited in all day for this item and at about 5pm UPS changed the the date
on their delivery schedule to the following day.
So someone had to stay in again to receive the parcel.
Not worried how long delivery is, just that I had things to do that day, but couldn’t, then the parcel wasn’t delivered at all that day.
Annoyed to say the least.
Probably not troutcatchers fault, but all the same I waited in all day.
