Excellent service considering the current circumstances unfortunately when I ordered this product there was a delay on delivery due to current guidelines on storage and despatch from warehouses but thanks to the staff/management and there conversation with the manufacturers they put on a direct delivery to there other warehouse and I received my goods in good time and in perfect condition. Many thanks again to all those at trout catchers.

Service excellent in tough times due to COVID 19. As a beginner to Flytying, not overly impressed by the book, I am sure aficionados think it is great but for a beginner, it was a wrong choice.

Happy to find the classical Cortland 444 Peach double taper lines in stock! Very good communication with customer service regarding a shipment to mainland Europe that was slightly delayed due to circumstances outside the control of Troutcatchers.

Value for money reel with half decent drag system. Shipping was slow but probably due to covid 19 situation. No other problems and would recommend.
