Size guidelines were misleading. Measured the lenses, but fit wasn't very good.

We have many reviews saying the measurements are correct.
The measurements of the lens you have sent us 60mm x 48mm unfortunately will not fit our advertised sizes;
- Small: Lens sizes 54mm x 33mm.
- Large: Lens sizes 59mm x 38mm.
We have privately contacted you with instructions should you wish to return.
Apologies we cannot help more this time.

It would be nice to have some tracking information without having to pay extra. I guess I am spoiled with this feature as all US Packages receive tracking numbers. Most UPS and FED EX also. Not a big deal, though.
Customer Service at Troutcatchers is the best. The folks there obviously have a lot of pride in what they do. I have been a customer in the past and will continue to be. I have also recommended friends to Troutcatchers.

Troutcatchers Customer service is simply fantastic! I was expecting delivery to be 48hrs but was next day!
Rarely are they short of stock - if it's on the site they have it in the warehouse :)
