The only gripe that I have is that the postage for one item eg Hemingway wings is £0.95 but if I want two packs (they are very thin) the postage is £2.95.
Other than that they are a good company to deal with.

Item was shipped quickly and staff at troutcatchers watched the tracking and were as delighted as i was when they arrived in time for my fishing trip. unfortunately they had sent the wrong size, but staff did everything they could to ensure the correct size was sent as soon as possible and incorrect ones collected.
the customer service felt very personal and although a mistake had occured (mistakes happen), i felt very well looked after regarding correcting the mistake.
