Thank you for being so efficient. My parcel (ordered on the Friday) arrived on Saturday morning in time for me to wrap for my husband's birthday !! As usual my husband is very difficult to buy for and I had left this until the last minute.

I was a tad disappointed from my last order before this one with the dispatch times having to wait 4/5 days. This order and my last order were dispatched and delivered within 2 days as a standard delivery so that was fantastic obviously the materials I have bought are always top notch so keep up the hard work.

One of the only suppliers of Tungsten bead Montanas which are by far my most successful nymphs on a small river. Slight delivery problem with Royal Mail but Troutcatchers responded to my email (in the evening) within a couple of hours and kept me fully informed as they sorted the problem. Outstanding service.

Only gripe was not being able to access my invoice online.
Having the invoice sitting in the Tracking section is not intuitive (still could not find it there after three email responses to my problem by Nick).

Good price and fast postage. Only problem was with UPS who sent me an email saying that my parcel would be delivered next day. But next day they decided to tell me at 7.45pm that my parcel would now be coming the day after. Not trout catchers fault, but not the most reliable of couriers.
