Order was not processed correctly. The goods were said to be delayed 24 hours. Then upon collection 24 hours later the goods in fact were not available with a lead time of four days. The staff desk were disorganised and no leadership was show when dealing with the issues? Very poor service and a zero result with regards to getting the order? Would never use Parrs again!!

Sorry we didn't meet your expectations with this order but looking at the order trail, we did email you asking a question about your order which you didn't respond to and then followed with a phone call to your wife. You missed the cut off date for your 4 roils of turf and at your request order cancelled and refunded.

Ordered the plum slate clippings and was then contacted with a delivery date. Delivered on the date given and the driver was absolutely excellent and dropped the load off where I asked. Cannot fault any of the order and process.
The only downside being I have had to shovel and barrow the contents of the bag, but it is looking good. Thanks to all at Joseph Parr.

Should had arrived on the friday didnt get a phone call to say it wasnt coming so wasted a full day sat about. rang monday and got no explination as to why it didnt come on the friday but they said it was going to be delivered that day. only bonus was i got four free slabs for the inconviniance but that took some doing. if they had have rang me on the friday explaining why it wasnt going to come that day they would have got a five * for shipping.

Great company to order from. Website and payment very user friendly.
Would be great if they could give an or pm delivery slot instead of the 07:30 to 17:00 time.

Items were delivered a day earlier than I had requested which wasn’t a problem but could have been if I’d been out and needed to receive them.
The items were both more expensive than B & Q but I wasn’t able to get them.
Overall good service and decent quality but expensive.

Hi, thanks for your comments, just to clarify your order from B&Q would have been nearly £10 more expensive, they show their products as cheaper than ours but you need £100 in goods (so you would have needed to add more items) before adding their £30 for delivery. All our prices include delivery no extras to add.

Whilst the goods took longer to deliver this is to be expected in the current situation. The staff at theatre were very helpful as was the driver. I have used Parr's before but just in picking items at the store, delivery was very useful on these large items.

This order was handled through our Benton office and delivered today, I can see an email to you advising that the item was on extended delivery and due for delivery this week.

Ordered on line, immediate email confirmation, 1 week wait ( which is the only negative but that’s only because I wanted to get on with what I was doing- delivered on time, very helpful delivery man, no issues, gravel as excepted. All good. Highly recommend ...just plan a week or so in advance.

They delivered a large dumpy bag of 50-90mm cobbles on the day they promised but didn’t call at the door to find out where to leave it. As a consequence, the driver left it in the wrong place which would have meant a lot of extra barrowing of heavy cobbles.
