Four times I’ve placed a order for patio stones and sand, even phoned to add extra items to one order, can’t fault the cost, quality, and delivery. Delivery driver happy to put goods where I wanted,

Can't fault J Parrs. The online ordering was straight forward and the delivery was simple. The delivery man was quick and efficient as well as being very friendly and helpful. The ornamental bark was exactly as I needed and covered the ground perfectly. I now have a beautiful front garden.

It took a week to get the timber from initial order, and I had to call to get an update.
If I was a business, I could not wait that long for timber.

Thanks for your review, for a small range of products a week is not uncommon for delivery, most people and businesses do cope with this. We as a company are having to plan for deliveries that were taking a week pre Covid that are now taking between 8 and 12 weeks. So our yards are very full having to hold much more stock to cope with demand. Thanks and stay safe Dave Anderson.

Hi thanks for your review, sorry you felt the staff were unfriendly, our Benton site has no timber cutting facilities and the staff for H&S reasons don't have saws. He was probably offering you the only solution available if you hadn't brought your own saw to get a long length in your car?

Hi, thanks for your review, just checked the email trail you were sent a confirmation of delivery date at 16.43 on 19th, advising of Friday 21stand instructions re the delivery. The delivery note was left with the goods, we can email a copy if you need another. Other than what I hoped was a nice surprise having your goods for the weekend the products met your expectation.

Ordered fencing on line very straight forward.
I received an email reporting that delivery will take would take four weeks.
The delivery I imagine is down to the covic pandemic.
When the items are delivered I will send another review.
Fence panels arrived today in excellent condition.
Driver was great & put them safely in the garden.
Excellent product very well made.

Order arrived on the afternoon, the only problem was that the Hiab on the vehicle was short reach so could not put my order where I wanted it, apart from this everything else was fine.
