Overall, the stuff you buy from Atrezo foto infantil is nice stuff.
Comunication is good en the support you get if you ask something is also good.

Only thing was the background, this was shipped in a box smaller then the background en was folded in two. The background is not usable now because of big folds in it.
Good punt is when I contacted the company about it they send me a new one. Hope the new one is ok, not arrived yet.

Cumplen con los tiempos de entrega! Como siempre muy buena la atención al cliente de Atrezzo Infantil.
Hermosa cama rústica, con los detalles de la madera que tanto queríamos. Ansiosos de poder usarla ya en nuestras sesiones fotográficas!
Única sugerencia es que habíamos indicado que si no nos encontrábamos al momento de hacer la entrega, dejarais el paquete en otro local pero sucedió así. Sin embargo, pudimos recogerlo en las oficinas de vuestro proveedor de transporte y todo perfecto. Graci.

Realicé el pedido un jueves por la mañana y el viernes por la mañana ya lo tenía en casa. Hablé con ellos y fueron muy amables atendiendome, incluso el repartidor, algo inusual en los transportistas. Sus productos son muy buenos y me gusta el programa de puntos para obtener descuentos en siguientes compras. Repetiré seguro.
