An excellent organisation to work with. Delivery is always the next day (and free for a box or more). If ever there are any problems, Stuart is quickly on hand to sort things out.

Incorrectly supplied a wrong bottle of wine and then almost accused me of having swapped it! As if I would want to take advantage on a bottle of wine for less than £6. The company owners need to have a word with their staff about what Customer Service should be these days. Not sure I will use again.

Thank you for your review. I am sorry to hear that you were not happy with our customer service, we always aim to satisfy our customers and resolve problems as soon as possible. Once we were made aware of this issue we came and swapped the wine over as quickly as we could. However, we still cannot understand how this wine got to you as it isn't a wine that we have previously or currently stock.
