Excellent service and product from York Wines although they were let down by their courier who took 48 hours to deliver from York to Central Scotland. This was supposed to be a next day delivery! Must stress this was not York Wines' fault.

As the order was a gift, I cannot rate the merchandise!
As the order ran so smoothly that I had no need to contact customer services, I cannot rate this category either!!
But... as the shipping was "delayed" on my request so as not to uphold York Wine's promise of "next day delivery" but to respect my wish for delivery to be on a specific date, I can absolutely rate York Wines on their shipping and compliment them for reading MY small print!!!

Excellent service from ordering to delivery. Packing was first class. The delivery man from DHL was very friendly, although he had carried a heavy box up a very steep hill without complaining.
