Orderoing on the website was too difficult so I spoke with a very helpful person who took the order. It was delivered exactly when it was scheduled - but with 6 wrong bottles. York Wines were excellent at correcting their mistake and the correct bottles were shipped the next day. An unmfortunate mistake which would not stop me from returning in the future.

Excellent shipping next day deliver at the times that were implied. Careful packaging and up to date emails / texts letting me know what was going on timing.

My first contact with York Wines. Customer service was excellent when I phoned to check that they really did have the 2019 wine, which was no longer available from my usual wine merchant.
Online ordering was simple and shipping was immediate, with next day delivery. I had ordered two half-case shipments, one to myself in Scotland and the other to a family member in Hampshire. Both arrived on time, with good communications throughout from York Wines and the courier.
