Really good solid quality and fitted easily. Customer Ssrvice even emailed to check sizing with us. We found ordering drawers hard aa many companies don’t explain the measurements properly where you have a door the drawer needs to pass etc. took a little while to arrive but made to order so worth it.

The packaging and delivery excellent.
The product is top quality.
We have not needed to contact Customer Service as the web site has all necessary information but if we did I'm sure the quality of service would be as good as the product.

I was a bit overwhelmed when all the boxes arrived! Once I'd built one drawer it became much easier, I mostly built and fitted them on my own, it would be fair to say I'm an inexperienced DIYer (I had to buy an impact drill, i have nothing!). The drawers are all fitted and work really well. They are great quality, (I've got heavy le cruset pans in the drawers) everything was there plus extra screws. Very glad I did it, my kitchen works so much better.

Excellent service. Ordered a custom drawerbox (drawer) on Tuesday 27 December 2022. Delivered to me on Friday 30 December. Clear fitting instructions provided. I installed it on Saturday 31 December. Fits perfectly. I rarely bother to respond to requests to review goods/services - however a good product and excellent service deserves praise.

Can't fault them. Competitive prices, clear website and quick to answer questions even just before Christmas. The product arrived quickly and was really well packed so there were no annoying replacement issues. I'll definitely use them again if I need this sort of product.

Great quality! what you pay is what you get. Fully assembled solution, with fast top quality service. Paul prioritised the production schedule and split shipping to ensure that my kitchen installation date will not be affected by shipping delays. Cannot thank him enough!! Having problems with delivery - but isn’t everyone at present. Emailed drawer box on a Sunday eve7asking them to look into it. Thought I might get reply on Monday but Paul contacted me later Sunday evening. Great service every time.
