We purchased this drawer as an addition to a very successful previous order. We are extremely pleased with our purchase.
We have given a low score for shipping as DHL did not deliver on the stated day but after numerous calls and tracking it turned up out of the blue.
The parcel was beautifully wrapped and labelled well.
We would certainly purchase again from drawerboxes .co.uk.

Bought six drawer packs to replace a customers failing soft close runners,Unfortunately three of drawer bottoms were damaged in transit, had to recut the existing bottoms and reuse (luckily they were oversize), maybe would be better with some plastic corner protection, otherwise a quality item.

Good quality, bespoke replacement drawer. Was impressed they queried my measurements because they were non-standard. My only complaint is that I'd asked for no paper instructions but couldn't find the right instructions online. I'm sure they'd have helped if I'd contacted them but it was the weekend and we were keen to get it finished. We worked it out in the end. The only other drawback was for some reason they don't sell the fronts for the drawers, and it was hard to find one elsewhere.

I bought these after being very happy with standard drawers. These are essentially identical with just the additional of a drawer front and a spacer so again very happy with then.
These drawers may be a bit more expensive than others, but are well made from robust materials and go together easily.
A minor gripe is for my dimensions the drawer base was almost, but not quite square and it is important to have correct orientation. It would have been useful if front or back edge were marked as suc.

We ordered the 5 drawer space tower set and all the pictures showing glass sides. But when it arrived we found out that the glass sides are an optional extra.. Not quite sure why this isn't explained when ordering, as we didn't require a lot of the other options like replacement hinges etc.

Good quality item and works well. Some may find fitting the plinth in the correct position a little difficult. The only let down was the courier who failed on both occasions to deliver on time.
