The only problem I had with the shipping was that Fedex delivered to the wrong address. Luckily the recipient contacted Drawerboxes who contacted me so that I could collect it. Good customer service from Drawerboxes but not from Fedex! I would recommend using another company to deliver in N Ireland.

Assembly instructions did not explain how to remove the drawers but when I telephoned the answer was straightforward and efficient.
I ordered the drawers with Packers for each side. These needed the longest of the three screws provided but there were not enough supplied for the 36 holes required.

Delivery arrived after about 10 days as expected.
Goods were exactly as described.
Followed the video instructions to assemble and fit.
Only thing missing in the video was the very first part of the drawer assembly which had already been done in the video but it wasn't hard to work out what was needed.
Plenty screws came for assembly too.

Drawers arrived when they said they would. Of good quality. Easy to put together. We received an email querying our width measurement as it seemed unusual, we were out by 2mm so grateful they questioned this.

Excellent quality drawers with lifetime warranty on hardware. Really well packaged. DHL courier and timely turnaround. Millimetre accuracy of cutting. Back to my third purchase from these guys.

A 30 year old kitchen drawer was replaced with ease using the youtube instructions,i just took my time and its as good as new, the drawer front was offered up to the box with double sided tape on the runner front for correct positioning then screwed into place,great job sure ill be ordering more!

Pre- manufacture check to confirm size. Products arrived well packaged, instructions were very clear and easy to follow. Very pleased with the results.

I've converted many cupboards with various combinations of these drawers over the years. A minimum of DIY knowledge is needed, just follow the video slowly. The company has always been very helpful and delivery quick. This current order, for the first time, contained a mistake by the company and one mistake by myself. These things happen. Both mistakes sorted quickly and correctly-it certainly won't stop me recommending and using them again. Changing cupboards to drawers makes life better!!
