I’m sure everything that I ordered will be wonderful, but I haven’t received it yet. I placed my order on March 4th and every time I check the status of this order it says order being processed. Hopefully this gets resolved soon.

My original order had not arrived 2 weeks after despatch. I rang Paxman to let them know, and a very helpful member of staff arranged for another hand guard to be sent out that day, without any further charge to myself. This duly arrived the next day, but, unfortunately the original order appears to be lost in the post.
This was outstanding customer service, as usual!

CD in stock (only place I could find it) reasonable price and postage and received promptly. Highly recommended.

I originally ordered a standard MB mute case but this was out of stock and so I was very chuffed to have my order upgraded to a leather one at no extra cost. It was a Christmas present for my son and he was very pleased! Thank you Paxman!
