I placed my order 1 month ago, since then, no correspondence from paxman in regards to when my order would be delivered. I ended up ringing paxman 2 weeks ago for an update to be told they had run out of stock and awaiting new stock but to be reassured I wouldn’t be billed until the item was sent. Since then, no contact. Just a quick email to say we’re still having delays or your item is due around then would go a long way to de stressing me. Doesn’t look like I will be getting it for Xmas .
