Ordered over a month ago and have not received the item. Paid extra for 1-2 day delivery. Emailed paxman saying I was moving house so I needed the music to arrive soon and heard nothing back. I don't think I will ever get my music even if they have sent it, which I doubt.

I have bought a lot of different valve oils over 50 years of trumpet playing. This is the best bar none! I have an Eclipse Enigma and it has transformed it. Great service also.

Unfortunately some of the bristles detached themselves from the pull through although I did just manage to clean one French Horn. However, excellent service from Paxman to resolve the issue which was pleasing. Hopefully I was just unlucky. Printed off their information sheet to assist with the cleaning process which was helpful.
