I never did receive my order.

Very happy with purchase. Arrived quickly, well under the given estimated time quoted, and well packed. This is a very nice quality watch and was very much loved by the person it was purchased for.
Warranty Card not filled out and states if not filled in by seller warranty is not valid so unclear if this is under warranty. So that is the only reason I gave customer service a four instead of a five.

Ordering and buying this item was very easy, I phoned the company as I wanted the money box inscribing. I received the moneybox 2 days later, beautifully inscribed. First class service would not hesitate to recommend this company.

When my cat arrived it was perfect!

My only niggle was the fact that when the item did not arrived on the promised date I was not contacted until I queried the issue when I did I found it was because it was not yet ready and perfect which was truly reassuring to find a manufacturer to take such care but it would have been nice to know.

Just perfect size, style and black flat top with oval clock looks good anywhere.
