I purchased online from New Zealand and it was very easy.
I included a note online at how to write my address as I was worried about how some online address spaces do auto filling.
I received an email to confirm they had checked the right address, this was peace of mind for me. Thanks for the service and my Quaich is beautiful and it was very well packed and arrived quiet quickly even though I expected it would take longer due to covid. I shall return if I need anything else.

Distinctly British dealt with my request for a refund with incredible speed and courtesy. The product was (in my opinion) not fit for purpose and inadequately made. I received proper, decent service which sadly is not always the case nowadays. A person from Distinctly British took responsibility for my request for a refund and kept me informed during the process.

Excellent product purchased but poor customer service. Had to keep on chasing for progress with my order & only just received in time. Lack of contact was very concerning. Even the courier company delayed the process. Need much better communication with your customers to match the quality of the merchandise.

With the present situation I can understand the almost one month delivery time on our order. When we finally received the order the hat looks nothing like the one we ordered. The colors look tired and old, nothing like the bright and vived colors of the hat the young lady in the picture is wearing. Our grandaughter will be attending college in England next fall and we thought she would love this hat for Christmas. Now we're not sure she will even wear it.

Product itself was excellent, but there was no information or expectations set regarding delivery.
When ordered the expected delivery given was 10 days, in reality delivery took 6 weeks, with no updates on when I could expect my delivery. even when I made contact to ask for an update, the information supplied was sparse and non-committal.
I appreciate the product was made to order, but there should still be timescales provided for delivery.
