I am not pleased and very disappointed because I had to pay a tax of 20 euros to have my parcel to the post office . It wasn’t mentioned when ordering . It’s disrespectful.

I love buying incense from Vectis Karma. Lots of choice of excellent quality incense at affordable prices, shipped really quickly (even during the festive season). Great incense burners too, which are perfect for my lovely Japanese incense.

Very Happy! I love the Kazedayori series by Nippon Kodo and looked everywhere. Finally, found it on Vectis Karma for a reasonable price so willing to pay VAT for the winter and spring series because of the quality of the incense and amazing fragrances.
The shipping was as expected, giving it a few extra days for the changes in the United States mail service. Everything came packed wonderfully with extra stuffing to keep it from breakage. Will buy again when they have more in stock.

The product and service is excellent it is my third order of this from you. My only disappointment is the discount system doesn’t work for me. Spend per year cannot be reached in time to achieve the discount. It would be better if it was 10% for a returning customer.

Lots of sticks for price ! But not as strong a smell as I was expecting, would buy again , may need to adjust from frankincense to this.
