Great product and super fast delivery, it really deserves 5 stars but sticking a Matt Pack label over the English written instructions on the aerosol when there is room elsewhere is just plain crazy. I found the nozzle very small and because of its size you have to make sure your finger is well back otherwise large droplets are formed on your fingertip and transferred in the spray onto the workpiece. The spray nozzle and labelling could be improved, the product and customer service were brill.

That 'matt-pack sticker' you refer to, IS the instructions. If you look at it, is a QR code to simply scan with your phone camera or web address to access full instructions in English. They are better than the 2mm ones on the can... We do sell larger nozzles for both PlastiDip and FullDip cans.

As a returning customer, I was pleased to see Alan and his team continue to put customer service at the top of their aims. Ordered 21st (on economy 2-4 day service), shipped 21st. Tracking says was out for delivery on 24th. Attempted but, no one was in and no safe place. Not actually due until 28/29th anyway and not considered late until 30th. Ordering over xmas is always risky and delays are to be expected... To leave a poor review without even mentioning ANYTHING to us, or even waiting till its late is a pretty poor customer... Merry Christmas Steve :).
