Had ordered cards before from Roy Castle Foundation, so wanted to buy them again. They are such good quality cards and the images are very appealing. I tend to buy card which say Merry Christmas and a Happy New year, which all of these did. The service was so good. I received them within two days. The website is also very user friendly. You can also use PayPal which is great.

I have not yet received this order which was placed 9 days ago. This is quite disappointing as it included Christmas cards which I was to send abroad and I may now have missed the last postal date. I received an email on the 10th Dec stating the order had now been dispatched and would be with me within 3 working days which has obviously not happened. Hopefully it will arrive today..

Send cards by Royal Mail in future - they need the business! My Hermes carrier, disguised as Parcel2go, are utterly useless: instead of the advertised 3 days, it took over a week.

A novel card with none of the usual Christms colours which is appropriate for how I feel at the moment, having lost the love of my life to lung cancer so soon after finding her. I don't think many of my recipients will pick up on that, but at least they will get the message about the charity - and maybe make a donation! So that's all good, as the man said.

Packaging seemed inadequate for the weight of cards. The corner had been torn off and on packet of cards opened and scattered throughout. No lasting damage but did look as if package had been wet which had weakened the paper.

1. Process clunky but otherwise fine until payment screen... no confirmation
2. I emailed to advise issues but to date NO REPLY to my 3rd Nov email to :'shopping@roycastle.org'
3. Then on the Sunday I received an order confirmation
4. Received the goods on the Monday.
Leaves me concerned about how secure the process was and even whether fin transaction data phished!
