I needed two of these and bought one from another company. They both arrived the same day - speedy delivery. Unfortunately it was stuffed into a cardboard box and smelled a bit dusty. Compared to the other hippo I received, it looked a bit worse for wear so I had to give it a wipe with a damp cloth. Could have been packaged better.

My order was very slow to arrive and when I contacted the company to enquire the man I spoke to seem very uninterested and unhelpful.
When the item did arrive it was as I had ordered and fits my breadmaker OK.

Thank you for your comments. The service you asked for was not trackable so I couldn't do any more than you in chasing its slow delivery by Royal Mail. They will not entertain slow or non delivery until 18 days has passed from the posting date. We had done everything we could for the order short of re sending it. The issue would be the service provided by Royal Mail. As it was the order arrive on the 3rd day instead of the estimated (but not guaranteed) 2nd day.

Sorry. The item was purchased through Ebay which is slightly more complex to fine tune settings. The same item through this site would have attracted a large letter cost of £1.19. We are trying to get Ebay settings to reflect our own website to prevent this odd occurrence. Thank you for your feedback.

The service is great., easy to use and reasonably prompt. I would have rated it 5 stars, but you did not live up to your 48 hour delivery promise. I placed my order on Friday at 1500 and, excluding the weekend, expected to receive it by the end of the following Tuesday. It didn't arrive until Wednesday mid morning.

Thank you for your order and comments. In order to process all orders in time for post office and courier collection we do mention in our dispatch times section that orders need to be received by 09:30 in order to guarantee same day dispatch. Your order, being received quite late in the day on Friday was dispatched on Monday so actually did arrive with 48 hours of dispatch which is within the timescale that Royal Mail anticipate - but don't guarantee - with their 48 service.

After ordering, I was notified that my item was currently not in stock. However after about 3 or 4 days, I received an email that the item was now in stock and that my order had been shipped. I would use kitchenwareonline in the future although the website should have made clear when I placed my order that the product was not currently in stock but would be available in the near future.

Sorry for the inconvenience. We have shops on amazon and ebay as well as this one but unfortunately they don't talk to each other. Therefore it is possible for the stock levels to change before we can keep up, especially at the weekends. We are working on a solution that will more accurately reflect actual stock.

Purchased these before - last for years. These have the added bonus of a steaming tray.
Carefully packed in a recycled box and quickly despatched.
Good value - shame pandp is so high but they can't help that.

The website said this pan fitted a SD-257 Breadmaker. The fitting on the pan was slightly different from the original and from the photograph on the website. It is looser than the original and the machine moved about more when kneading, but still made a good loaf.

Thank you for your comments. Unfortunately the photo was of another variant taken before we realised it had been changed by Panasonic. Following your call I contacted Panasonic technical who informed us that the design had been changed since customers found that the pan could only be fitted one way round and were trying to fit it incorrectly causing damage. This design allows the pan to be fitted either way round easily.
