We have only one problem - payment. PayPal is only option. We dislike this method of payment. Otherwise was superb .

Thank you for your comment. In fact Paypal is one of many payment methods we take. At the first checkout screen is the option to 'checkout' or use paypal instant instant. If you had selected checkout you would have followed through to a screen to choose, paypal, paypal cards or sagepay which will process any card but American express. I will try and make it clearer for future.

The item arrived on Monday, having been ordered the previous Friday. There was a problem in paying as the computer wouldn't accept the visa . Once I got on the phone and talked to an employee , this was sorted.The item for my breadmaker was the correct size and shape.

I needed two of these and bought one from another company. They both arrived the same day - speedy delivery. Unfortunately it was stuffed into a cardboard box and smelled a bit dusty. Compared to the other hippo I received, it looked a bit worse for wear so I had to give it a wipe with a damp cloth. Could have been packaged better.

My order was very slow to arrive and when I contacted the company to enquire the man I spoke to seem very uninterested and unhelpful.
When the item did arrive it was as I had ordered and fits my breadmaker OK.

Thank you for your comments. The service you asked for was not trackable so I couldn't do any more than you in chasing its slow delivery by Royal Mail. They will not entertain slow or non delivery until 18 days has passed from the posting date. We had done everything we could for the order short of re sending it. The issue would be the service provided by Royal Mail. As it was the order arrive on the 3rd day instead of the estimated (but not guaranteed) 2nd day.
