I requested at the time of ordering the screws and ring that I would need to fix the part as seemingly they were not included(being very willing to pay)but my request obviously went unheeded as they didn't arrive and no acknowledgement that they wouldn't be included.

Sorry. We didn't get the request for extra parts. However, both the screws and the o ring are listed beneath the main item and available at the time of ordering through the site.

have used old cover as guide easily cut out with scissors and mounted in microwave
job time around 15 mins
have had no problems with microwave or new cover job well done
