I specifically searched for rubber feet, with a 3mm diameter hole, for a Panasonic Microwave. The website described them as 3mm but the actual hole diameter was closer to 3.6mm. They would fit a 4mm trivet snugly, but fall off the 3mm one.
Decided to pack out the ones supplied rather than go through the bother of a returns process. (Haven't decided how yet, but if it is a batch production fault a few tips as to the best way to pad out loose holes may help others).

The Panacrunch Pan clever device designed for the Panasonic Microwave Grill combination oven. Can be pre warmed in the m/w even though it's metal. The non stick coating is too thin & wears out far too soon. It's grossly overpriced by Panasonic u can get a smaller version that works as well & is non Panasonic brand. But this company kitchenwareonline sell it at the best price I could find so full marks but can't give a full review in less than 500 characters so disappointing feedback facility.

After paying for the door, I was informed a day later by email it was out of stock and would take 4 to 6 days to arrive. 14 days later it arrived in good condition. The description on the web site said it was compatable with several model numbers of Microwave. I ordered it especialy for my model, and although it fits, it has the model number of another microwave printed on it.

Sorry. The website is set up to display whether items are in stock or not and this is displayed on the item page. If an item is out of stock the site still allows customers to place an order if we know we can get the item form the manufacturer fairly quickly. Regarding the model number, I have contacted Samsung. The part number is common to all models in the range based on one base model. Our option would be to remove that label on all doors which would look unsightly we think.

We had a nasty rusty patch on the floor of the microwave where the rollers rotate. We prepared the area with the sandpaper provided and painted it with the paint supplied. We let it to harden for a number of hours and to date it has held up perfectly. Better than having to buy a new microwave!

Postage costs are ridiculous for such a small value item. Had to collect it from the local post
office as I was not in for the delivery and it had to be signed for. You should offer a cheap
postage option for low value items. Anyway the mica sheet worked fine and the microwave is
back in use and I even have two spare sheets if ever I need them.

My microwave had some rust where the glass plate revolves (but otherwise perfect). I found this company online and they supply everything for microwaves. For a small cost I bought their paint which. comes complete with everything to carry out a satisfactory repair. First class company - Highly Recommended.

Very helpful phone advice. Reasonable postage costs. Only quibble is that to order online it would have been necessary to complete all my details before fnding out postage so ordered by phone to check cost before completing my order.

Bought this to repair peeling paint inside microwave following a search on how best to deal with it. I ordered the kit & an extra pot of paint following reviews that one pot was not enough, however, one pot is plenty to do the roof/ceiling on the microwave and still have left over. Kit and instructions were helpful.
I did have issue with delivery as only part of the order arrived initially and I had to contact the company to find out where the rest was, but prompt reply & then the rest arrived.
