The service I received was exemplary. I had a bit of finger trouble with the payment through paypal, but a telephone call, which was answered immediately, sorted it out and I was kept informed by email at every step from ordering on Wednesday afternoon to delivery on Friday morning (I used the Royal Mail 1st class option). It was nice to feel that it wasn't a robot actioning my order..personal service lives on!!! Well done.

The microwave protection screen's were very easy to cut and fit,especially as the shape of my old one was awkward shape, now protected again satisfactorily.
