Blade was a loose fit on the shaft, but I spoke to kitchenwareonline and was assured this would be ok, and it is, machine is now working very well. Bread drops out of the pan easily as soon as the bake is complete, leaving only a thin slit where the blade was, unlike the previous ten year old pan which involved strenuous effort to remove the bread and always left a chunk around the paddle. Once again we are getting excellent bread!

Sorry for the inconvenience. I did make contact after you emailed us, with information that a delivery had been attempted over a month ago but no one called for the order within 2 weeks so it was returned to us. The order is sat here but will require a further postage charge to resend.

Excellent service. My order was for two items, but only one in stock. Kitchenwares took the trouble to call me, and offered to send the available item immediately, so that I would have it before Christmas. The second item followed a few days later, at no extra cost to me.
Item was at best price I could find, with no compromise on service. A very happy customer :).

Excellent customer service but the best thing was to be able to talk to someone knowledge before placing the order. Slight delay as item out of stock but this was explained beforehand. Overall vet pleased.
