My replacement kneading blade arrived very quickly. It looks and fits just like the original. I think it's expensive, but there are several more expensive suppliers. So 5 stars.

The order took a couple of days to arrive and the first item came direct from the manufacturer poorly packaged and was damaged. Sorting out a replacement was painless and I feel the measure of a company is how good they are when things go wrong.
