I ordered the glass turntable believing it was available only to find it was out of stock I was frustrated as when I ordered it it did not show out of stock only once I had ordered and paid for it. I don't believe this is acceptable very annoying had to wait until the stock was available. I would have ordered it from another supplier and received it quicker instead of having to wait for stock to be replenished.

After placing the order, I panicked thinking I'd ordered the wrong part. But one call to the helpline number and speaking direct to the MD and I was assured all was OK.
